What if I don't have a credit or debit card?
You need a credit or debit card to order from this site, so if you don't have one you'll have to send your Wish List to someone who does.
How quickly can I expect my order to arrive?
Standard orders will arrive via United Parcel Service or USPS in 7 to 10 business days.
Is this site secure?
Your purchases and your information are 100% safe and secure.
Where can I check or change my account information?
Once you log in to your account, click the "Your Account" link at the top of the page and you can edit any of your Freezer Wear Store account information, manage your shipping address book, view your orders, and track your shipped orders.
Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once you place an order it cannot be altered or cancelled. However, you may return any item in your order for any reason. Check our return policy for all the details.
How do I return something I've purchased?
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it by mail for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please call for RA#.
How long before my refund shows up on my credit card statement?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be processed. Once the return has been processed, please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
What if my order was incorrect or the garment was defective?
If you received an incorrect order or there was something wrong with your merchandise, call our Consumer Services Department at 1-866-957-8819.
