If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please call for RA# and simply return the product by mail to:

To receive a refund, all products must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
All tags must be attached.
Returns may not be made to the distribution center address from which it was shipped.
Please be sure to pack and seal your return securely. Freezer Wear Store is not responsible for lost packages. We suggest that you insure your package when you mail it so you may file a claim with the postal carrier, if necessary. Insurance for your package may be purchased through the Post Office at a minimal cost. United Parcel Service rates include insurance.

If you are returning a defective garment we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. You are responsible for shipping costs on all other returns, and shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept COD shipments.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 4-6 weeks and credit your card. Once the return has been processed please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
